At Urban Queens Beauty, we take pride in providing high-quality fashion and beauty products. To ensure the best experience for our customers, please review our return and exchange policy below:

No Returns on the Following Items:
Customized Orders: All customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Worn Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Hair & Beauty Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair and beauty products are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for hair and beauty products if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers must request an exchange within  7 days of receiving the item.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
